Can I combine services?

It's priced based on scope and hours per week, and typically falls between a managed services retainer and a full-time VP of Alliances hire. Exact pricing is confirmed during the scoping call once we understand the program's complexity and your coverage needs.

Do you offer AWS Partner Funding to offset the cost?

In many cases, yes. Depending on your partner status and the nature of the engagement, AWS funding programs like MAP, MDF, and POC credits can offset a meaningful portion of our fees. We identify those opportunities during the discovery call.

Who owns the work after the engagement ends?
