Grnmrk Group was founded by practitioners who spent years inside technology companies managing AWS partnerships: building ACE pipelines from scratch, running MAP funding cycles, navigating FTR submissions, and trying to get AWS field reps to route deals.

What became clear over time was that the companies doing this well were not necessarily the ones with the best products. They were the ones with someone in the building who understood the program: how the PDM relationship works, what gets a funding request approved, what makes an AWS field rep want to attach you to their deal.

Most ISVs do not have that person. They have a founder or a sales leader wearing the alliances hat between other priorities, a PDM they see once a quarter, and a funding opportunity they are probably leaving on the table.
